We stand behind the quality of every Vie Naturelle Batana Oil product. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a simple, no-questions-asked refund policy.
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No explanations required, no hoops to jump through — contact us and we'll process your refund promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, follow these steps:
- Email hello@vienaturelle.us or use the contact form.
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Tell us briefly why (one sentence is fine; you don't owe us an explanation).
Once we receive your request, we'll send return instructions and process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Return Shipping
For standard returns within the 45-day window, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will cover return shipping. Email us photos of the damage and we'll send a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your Vie Naturelle product for a different one, email hello@vienaturelle.us. We'll arrange the exchange and cover one-way shipping on the replacement.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll replace the order at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
